Miloš Olík and Petr Bříza co-moderated the PRAGUE UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ROUNDTABLE 2020 discussion on the implementation of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration in the Czech legal system held yesterday. Also our colleagues Michal Cap, MCIArb and Margarita Karešová Kucharčuk participated in the event. Many issues were discussed including the experience of other countries with implementing the UNCITRAL Model Law. Our special thanks go to the main speakers of the event (in order of appearance): prof. JUDr. Pavel Šturma, DrSc. (Law Faculty, Charles University), prof. JUDr. Monika Pauknerová, CSc. DSc. (Law Faculty, Charles University), Dr. Judith Knieper (UNCITRAL), Mgr. Martin Magál, LL.M.
