Our Labor Law specialization at ROWAN LEGAL is developing dynamically. Over recent years, the office has become a recommended office in the Law Firm of the Year rankings for labor law.

Within the field of labor law, we provide comprehensive legal advice primarily to employers and managers, both in the form of preparation of labor law documentation and legal assessments, as well as through representation before the courts or administrative authorities.

In connection with international labor mobility, support in the field of immigration law is also an integral part of our services, especially in ensuring all legal formalities for the residence and/or performance of work by foreign citizens and their family members in the Czech Republic.

During consulting, we take into account the overlaps with other legal specializations and work closely with colleagues, especially in the field of personal data protection, IT law, copyright protection, taxes and social security law.
